Terms of Service

By using AskLLM at askllm.io (the "Service") operated by HUBLO.AI, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
"Service" = AskLLM AI brand audit at askllm.io. "Audit Report" = AI-generated brand analysis. "Brand Data" = company name, category, competitors you submit. "HUBLO.AI" = company operating the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. You must provide accurate information when submitting an audit. One audit per company domain per 30-day period.
3. The Service
AskLLM is an AI-powered AI Brand Visibility Audit. We process your Brand Data through AI models (OpenAI, etc.) and generate a report with an LVI score. Audit reports are for informational purposes only. They may contain inaccuracies and do not constitute professional advice. Validate with qualified professionals before material business decisions.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance or impose usage limits.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service lawfully for brands you own or represent. You must not:
- Submit brands you do not have the right to audit
- Use the Service for defamatory or misleading comparisons
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models or prompts
- Use bots or scripts for bulk submissions
- Circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Resell or white-label without written agreement
Violations may result in suspension and legal liability.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, design, code, "AskLLM" and "HUBLO.AI" marks are owned by HUBLO.AI. You retain ownership of your Brand Data. By submitting, you grant a limited license to process it solely to provide your Audit Report. We do not use your data to train AI models.
6. Free Service (MVP)
Currently AskLLM is offered as a free tool. Paid plans may be introduced later with separate terms. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier with 30 days' notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AUDIT REPORTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PURPOSE. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBLO.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES; OR DAMAGES FROM RELIANCE ON AI REPORTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNT PAID IN 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000 / USD 100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify HUBLO.AI from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or submission of Brand Data that harms third parties.
10. Third-Party Services
We integrate OpenAI, Anthropic, Supabase, and others. Your use is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
11. Modifications
We may modify the Service or these Terms. Material changes will be posted at askllm.io/terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes: contact for informal resolution. Arbitration per Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: Pune, Maharashtra, India.
